Where are the Swan Rooms located?

At Hintere Sterngasse 11, 90402 Nuremberg, Germany – right in the Old Town in the St. Lorenz district. The main station, Königstor, sights, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance.

What rooms are available and how much do they cost?

Single rooms from €39 per night (1 adult), double rooms from €50 per night (up to 2 adults plus 1 infant) and family rooms from €99 per night (up to 4 people, with living area). Rates depend on season and availability and include all taxes and fees.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Rooms are available from 2:30 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. You receive the key in person or from a key safe; the code is sent to you before arrival.

Is there WiFi and a kitchen?

Yes. WiFi is free, and guests can use shared kitchens.

Can I cancel free of charge?

Yes, all reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival (6 p.m.).

Are children and pets welcome?

Children are welcome; for children up to 6 years a linen fee of €7.50 per night applies. Pets only by prior arrangement; service dogs are always allowed.

How can I pay?

In cash (euro), by Maestro or Visa card, at the latest on arrival.
